Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples in Gorham, NH — and via telehealth throughout New Hampshire.
"Healing is not becoming someone new. It is returning to the Self you have always been."
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Richard Schwartz, Ph.D., which is an evidence-based and compassionate model that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself.
Together, we gently explore symptoms such as anxiety, anger, self-criticism, or depression — as parts of you with a story and a purpose. By approaching these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, we begin to uncover their origins and create meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating — especially if you've learned to manage things on your own, or if past therapy didn't feel helpful. It's natural to feel unsure. I invite you to reach out so we can explore whether working together feels like the right next step.
"Within you is a core self that knows how to heal."
"When we slow down and listen inward, the path becomes clearer."
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, chronic or terminal illness, or relationship challenges, individual therapy offers a steady, confidential space to explore what's beneath the surface and build real, lasting change. I work with teens, adults, and seniors. I guide seniors and their adult children through the emotional and practical challenges of planning for aging, independence, and care needs.
I work with couples navigating attachment wounds, communication challenges, and relationship ruptures — supporting you in finding your way through painful patterns and toward meaningful connection. Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), we work together to understand and heal relational patterns at their roots.
I offer separate Women's and Men's groups that provide a supportive and confidential space for exploring challenges within relationships, including those with partners, children, family members, and other important connections.
Through guided discussion and shared experience, members will gain personal insight, build relational skills, and benefit from the support, perspective, and accountability that emerge within a group setting.
I invite you to reach out. We can connect briefly and explore whether working together feels like the right next step — no pressure, no commitment.

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of the patterns that shape our lives and relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.
I received my Master's degree from Boston University and have experience supporting clients across a range of settings. While my therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based modalities, I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is the relationship itself — creating a space where clients feel safe enough to explore honestly and heal authentically.
In addition to working with adults, seniors, teens, groups, and couples, I bring a background in mental health research at Dartmouth Medical School. I also completed training in therapeutic health coaching prior to my Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training, which continues to inform my integrative approach.
Outside of my work, I feel most grounded in nature and deeply value time in the mountains, hiking and cross-country skiing. I believe there is something restorative about slowing down, gaining perspective, and reconnecting with your authentic self — values that also shape the work I do in therapy.
My hope is to offer a space that feels thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely personal.
Reaching out is the first step. I'd love to connect briefly to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you. You can email or call me for next steps.
